Healthy Eating/Living
So, I had an interesting conversation with my mom this morning about the best and safest ways to lose weight. I know we all have different body types, good/bad eating habits as well as goals to help us look/feel better about ourselves.
Here are some ideas that will help with weight loss and feeling better in general:
1) Eat a low amount of carbs: 3 servings/day
